Analytical insight is then added to the report such that business stakeholders can understand what is possible from this valuable data source.
This output forms the basis of what can be done with web data and provides the core input for the Requirements Workshop.

Anderson Harvy’s Business Requirements Workshop is a mechanism to collect, articulate and refine stakeholders’ requirements for Web Intelligence.
Typically no more than two days in duration, the exercise is focused on deriving tangible results that can be turned into specific deliverables. These are then articulated in a Statement of Work that provides the basis for any service delivery.
Workshops are tailored to maximise effectiveness and can include education sessions as well as facilitated requirements gathering sessions and interviews. Required attendees are both business stakeholders and technical resource with knowledge of site infrastructure and design.
