• Experience of Relational Database design and build – preferably Oracle/SQLServer, Procedural SQL
• Operating systems – Unix, Linux and Windows
• Internet related tools, languages and software – C++, Perl, Java, Apache, IIS, BVision/Vignette etc
• Website design, build and structure experience
